Wedding and Event Planner and Owner of Diamonds and Details
Amanda mastered the art of communication through her experience in human resources and recruitment. With a natural ability for multi-tasking, organization, and a love for celebrating every event with a big party, Amanda combined her experience and skills to establish Diamonds and Details Weddings and Events in 2009. Amanda has a degree in Communications from Millersville University and a professional certication in Wedding Planning and Consulting from Temple University. She has interned with several of the top wedding planners in Philadelphia and has worked for one of the top event entertainment companies in the local market, offering clients an insight into working with bands and live entertainment for their wedding or event. Although her specialty is working with Brides and Grooms to coordinate a perfect wedding day, Amanda loves adding the details to other types of celebrations and has experience planning baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties and rehearsal dinners.

Wedding Day of Coordinator and Themed Event Specialist
With over 10 years of event planning experience, Svetlana Auletto joined the Diamonds and Details team in 2012 as a Day of Assistant. As the company’s Wedding Day of Coordinator, Svetlana specializes in running all the logistics and set up on wedding day. With a degree in Finance and Accounting from Philadelphia University and a certication in Wedding Planning and Consulting from Temple University, Svetlana also offers our clients the opportunity to take advantage of her finance background to help them realistically manage their budgets while still being able to offer new and unique design ideas at any cost. Although her main focus in the company is managing day of for our wedding clients, Svetlana also is the company’s Themed Event Specialist. She is a huge fan of decorating for the holidays (She says there is a constant battle between Halloween and Christmas in her home.) and cannot wait to work with Diamonds and Details clients looking to plan “out of the box” events or clients looking to bring a special look and feel to their parties, showers and bar or bat mitzvahs.

Day of Assistant
While finishing up her degree from Alvernia University, Maygan joined the Diamonds and Details team as an intern in 2012. After graduating in 2013 with degrees in both Communications and English, Maygan continued to assist on Diamonds and Details weddings and events. Maygan officially joined the Diamonds and Details team in 2015 and now serves as the company’s Day of Assistant. Amanda affectionately calls Maygan the company’s “Bridal Concierge”, as many of her day of responsibilities involve managing any issues that arise with the Bridal party on wedding day. Maygan is most likely the person holding your bouquet during photos, handing you a tissue right before you walk down the aisle, or touching up your hair and make-up before introductions. (Yes, she does carry a curling iron with her on wedding day!) With a love for both children and pets, Maygan is our expert when it concerns handling those "little" hiccups. She has many weddings under her belt where she was in charge of getting a very cranky flower girl down the aisle successfully. In her time working with Diamonds and Details, Maygan has become a valuable member of the team, mastering décor setup, happily greeting guests upon arrival, following the timeline and tending to all and any needs of the Bride and Groom.
